- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆It took 20 minutes this morning to send 1 flat package. The nice guy behind the counter was new, kept saying he was sorry for the wait, and I was 4th in line, within 10 minutes there were 11 people in line. He kept ringing a buzzer, no one came to help him. He went out back, and a lady came out to help him on the computer for 15 seconds, looked at the line, and went away. He seemed to be having a hard time, and none of his co-workers were helping him. Really bad customer service.By Steven Cumberland Animal Clinic, June 25, 2017
